HFCL - Intimation Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI List

We would like to inform all our stakeholders that HFCL Pty Ltd, a step-down subsidiary of the Company incorporated in Australia, has been voluntarily liquidated and deregistered w.e.f. August 19, 2026.\r\n\r\nThe Company received the intimation of the aforesaid liquidation today i.e. on August 19, 2026.\r\n\r\nHFCL Pty Ltd did not have any business operations and, accordingly, its voluntary liquidation will not have any financial impact on the business of the Company.\r\n\r\nThe details as required under Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed herewith as Annexure -1.\r\n\r\n
