Bharti Airtel Q1 net profit jumps 44.18% at Rs 5427.50 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5,427.50 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 3764.50 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 44.18 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.62 per cent at Rs 32,356.60 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 29,249.20 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.18 per cent to Rs 13,419.50 crore from Rs 12,404.50 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 69.03 per cent at Rs 561.00 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 331.90 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 12.42 per cent to Rs 18,937.10 crore as against Rs 16,844.70 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.63 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 3.78 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3,689.80 crore, while Taxation increased by 1.33 per cent at Rs 1,315.80 crore (Jun'25 Rs 1,298.50 crore).
