Mazda - Intimation Of Record Date Fixed For The Final Dividend Of The Financial Year 2025-26

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the company has fixed Friday, 04th September, 2026 as 'Record Date' for the purpose of determining entitlement of the shareholders of the company to receive final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. \r\n\r\nThe said Dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on Monday, 21st September, 2026, shall be paid on or after 30th September, 2026, subject to deduction of tax at source as applicable. \r\n
