Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company has entered into an Exclusive Sales and Distribution Agreement with Vijay Ratilal Mehta HUF, operating under the trade and brand name \Kinjal\ on 11th August, 2026. \r\n\r\nUnder the agreement, Company has been granted exclusive rights to procure, distribute and sell specified ready to eat and packaged food products under the \Kinjal\ brand. \r\n\r\nDetailed disclosure is attached
