Shah Metacorp - Board Meeting Outcome for Submission Of Outcome Of Board Meeting In Compliance With The Regulation 30, 33 Of

With reference to above mentioned Subject, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at their today's Meeting i.e. Wednesday, August 12, 2026 have besides other matters, inter alia approved:\r\n1. Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results along with the Limited Review report issued by M/s. Ashok Dhariwal & Co., Statutory Auditor for the quarter ended on June 30, 2026 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. \r\n2. On the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of M/s. R J & Associates, Practicing Cost Accountants (Firm Reg. No. 004690, M. No. 35524) as the Cost Auditor of the company to audit the cost records for the financial year 2026-2027, subject to ratification of fees by members of the Company at ensuing Annual General Meeting.
