Pursuant to the Regulation 30 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the 'Listing Regulations'), as amended from time to time, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, i.e., on Wednesday, 12th August, 2026, inter-alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026. \r\nThe said Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 and the Auditor's Limited Review Report thereon issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company are attached herewith.\r\n
