Asian Paints - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Trading Plan under SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015

Pursuant to Regulation 5(5) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (\PIT Regulations\) read with the Asian Paints Limited - Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Designated Persons (\Code of Conduct\), please find enclosed Trading Plan dated 10th August 2026 received from Mr. Subrahmanya Shreepathi, Designated Person of the Company.\r\n\r\nThis Trading Plan has been approved in accordance with the applicable provisions of PIT Regulations and Code of Conduct today i.e., 12th August 2026.
