ABM Knowledgeware Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026. Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will be opened after the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
