GAIL (India) - Notice Of The 42Nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) Of GAIL (India) Limited Along With Annual Report For FY 2025-2

The Board of Directors of the Company has recommended a Final Dividend of Re.0.50 per equity share. The Company has fixed Wednesday, September 2, 2026 as the 'Record Date' for determining entitlement of Members to receive Final Dividend for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, if approved, at the AGM. The final dividend, once approved by the Members in the ensuing AGM, will be paid to the eligible Members within the stipulated period of 30 days of declaration.
