Sampark India Logis. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Resignation of Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements ) Regulations 2015 ( \SEBI Listing Regulations\) and with para 14 of \Industry Standards Note on Regulation 30 of LODR Regulations\) we hereby inform that Mr. Sudarshan Jain , Chief Financial Officer ( Key Managerial Personnel) of Sampark India Logistics Limited has tendered his resignation due to his personal reasons vide his Resignation letter dated 28th July,2026 and will be relieved from his duties with effect from closure of business hours on 03rd August,2026.
