Alphageo (India) Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/08/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve (i) the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2026\r\n(ii) To fix the date, time, and venue for convening the 39th Annual General Meeting of the Company and to approve the draft notice for the same\r\n\r\n(iii) Other matters as per the agenda of the meeting.
