Ms. Sonal Ramrakhiani was appointed as Chief Executive Officer (Senior Management Personnel) of the Company by the Board of Directors vide Circular Resolution dated July 15, 2026. Further, pursuant to Sections 203, 2(51), and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 8 of Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014, and Regulation 26A and Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), as amended, we wish to inform you that, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board at its meeting held on August 01, 2026 considered and approved the appointment of Ms. Sonal Ramrakhiani as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company, with immediate effect.
