Housing & Urban Dev. has declared 12.50% Interim dividend for the financial year March 2027

Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd. on Monday, 27 July 2026, has announced Interim dividend of 12.50 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 31 July 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 31 July 2026.

The last five dividends are 15% Final dividend (Ex Date : NA), 12.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 27 March 2026), 11.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 06 February 2026), 10% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 19 November 2025) and 11.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 14 August 2025).
