Meghna Infracon gets Occupation Certificate for Riviera Redevelopment Project

Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Limited has received the Occupation Certificate (OC) for its premium redevelopment project, Riviera, in Goregaon West, Mumbai, marking its completion in just 16 months from the receipt of the First Commencement Certificate (CC).

Spread across nearly 40,000 sq. ft., Riviera is a Ground + 9-storey residential building. The company has commenced handing over homes, with more than 35 families already taking possession of their new residences.

The timely completion highlights Meghna Infracon's strong execution capabilities in Mumbai's redevelopment sector, with a focus on quality construction, disciplined project management, and transparent engagement with residents.

Commenting on the achievement, Promoter and Managing Director Vikram Lodha said the successful delivery of Riviera reinforces the company's commitment to timely execution, quality construction, and customer satisfaction as it continues to expand its redevelopment portfolio.
