Balkrishna Industries Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/07/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve (i) Unaudited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026;\r\n(ii) Declaration of 1st interim Dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2026-27, if any.\r\nThe 1st Interim Dividend for the financial year 2026-27, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders whose name appears on the Register of Members of the Company on the record date i.e. 4th August, 2026.
