Tata Consumer Q1 net profit up 0.04% at Rs 714.27 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 714.27 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 713.96 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 0.04 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.15 per cent at Rs 4,028.32 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 3,529.05 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.35 per cent to Rs 3,544.17 crore from Rs 3,126.72 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 10.56 per cent at Rs 427.14 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 477.55 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 20.34 per cent to Rs 484.15 crore as against Rs 402.33 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 5.44 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 4.76 per cent y-o-y to Rs 19.99 crore, while Taxation increased by 27.91 per cent at Rs 117.28 crore (Jun'25 Rs 91.69 crore).
