the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on 23rd July, 2026, has\r\nconsidered and approved the revised proposal for shifting of the Registered Office of the Company from\r\nthe jurisdiction of one Registrar of Companies at Shop No. 37 Shanker Market, Connaught Place,\r\nNew Delhi-110001' to the jurisdiction of another Registrar of Companies at 138-139, Main Road,\r\nGhazipur, Near Patparganj Container Depot/Near Bharat Petrol Pump, Delhi - 110096 within\r\nthe same State of Delhi, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company by way of a Special\r\nResolution and the approval of the Regional Director, Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
