Meghna Infracon launches Rs 300 cr Commercial Tower ‘Meghna One’ in Thane

Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Ltd has launched 'Meghna One', a 17-storey, 2.8 lakh sq. ft. Grade-A commercial tower in Thane's Wagle Estate with a gross development value (GDV) of approximately Rs 300 crore.

Positioned as Thane's first lake-facing, IGBC Gold-certified biophilic commercial tower, the project marks the company's entry into large-format commercial real estate. Meghna One offers flexible office spaces ranging from 569 sq. ft. to 1,948 sq. ft., along with premium amenities including green terraces, a rooftop wellness zone, swimming pool, gymnasium, padel court, lake-facing restaurant, and over 183 parking spaces.

Located in Wagle Estate—home to more than 1,000 businesses—the project is expected to benefit from strong connectivity through the Eastern Express Highway, Thane railway station, and the upcoming Metro Lines 4 and 5, catering to startups, SMEs, and large corporates.
