Emami has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended June 30, 2026

As of June 2026, 54.84% is owned by Promoters and 45.16% by Public.

Among Promoters holding, Indian Promoters holds 54.47% and Foreign Promoters holds 0.37%.

Institutional holds 34.87% (Insurance Companies 1.77%) and Non-Institutional holds 10.28% as Public shareholders.
