Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), we submitted the Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company on Friday, 10thJuly, 2026 for the meeting to be held on Thursday, 06th August, 2026 through Video Conferencing ('VC'). However, the Certificate of Practicing Chartered Accountant as per the Regulation 45 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 as required to be annexed to the Item No. 1 of the explanatory statement of the aforementioned notice was not attached
