Tata Consult. Serv. Q1 net profit up 8.68% at Rs 13642.00 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 13,642.00 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 12552.00 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 8.68 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.82 per cent at Rs 59,553.00 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 52,788.00 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.17 per cent to Rs 43,420.00 crore from Rs 38,031.00 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 26.01 per cent at Rs 3,406.00 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 2,703.00 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 9.32 per cent to Rs 16,133.00 crore as against Rs 14,757.00 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.11 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 44.44 per cent y-o-y to Rs 247.00 crore, while Taxation increased by 11.92 per cent at Rs 4,067.00 crore (Jun'25 Rs 3,634.00 crore).
