Country Condo's - Compliances-Certificate under Reg. 74 (5) of SEBI (DP) Regulations, 2018

With reference to Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, we hereby confirm that we have complied the said actions with in 15 days of receipt of Certificate(s) of security from the depository participant for the purpose of dematerialization for the period from 01/04/2026 to 30/06/2026. In this regard the Certificate has been received from M/s. Aarthi Consultants Private Limited, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Hyderabad on dated 03/07/2026. The said Certificate has been enclosed hereunder.
