Vegorama Punjabi - Execution Of Registrar And Share Transfer Agent Agreement With Bigshare Services Private Limited

Pursuant to Regulation 7 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform the Exchange that the Company has executed the post-listing Registrar and Share Transfer Agent Agreement with Bigshare Services Private Limited, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company.
