Fixation of Friday, July 17, 2026 as the Record Date pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI LODR') for the purpose of determining the entitlement of Members to the final dividend of ? 2.00 (Rupees Two only) per Equity Share of face value of ? 10/- each, as recommended by the Board at its meeting held on May 26, 2026, subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM').
