Syrma SGS Technology - Change in Management

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. June 26, 2026 on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has appointed Mr. Jaidit Singh Brar, as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Satendra Singh, Chief Executive Officer, of the Company is moving to a new role and designated as Senor Operating Director.Mr. Jaidit Singh Brar, is an MBA-IIM Calcutta and brings with him over 25 years of distinguished experience in industry/consultancy. Prior to joining Syrma SGS, he served as senior partner at McKinsey & Company.
