This is with reference to our earlier intimation dated 27th May 2026 regarding appointment of Mr. Shreepada ML as company secretary and compliance officer of the company pursuant to the approval of the board of directors at its meeting held on 27th may 2026 , we hereby confirm that Mr. Shreepada ML (M No A66681) has taken charge and commenced his duties as the company Secretary and compliance officer (KMP) of the Company with effect from 23rd June 2026.
