Akshar Spintex - Revised - Quarterly Integrated Filing (Financial) For The Quarter Ended 31. 03.2026.

With reference to the above captioned subject we wish to inform you that the Company had originally submitted the Quarterly Integrated Filing (Financial) for the quarter ended March 31,2026 on May 21,2026.\r\n\r\nSubsequently the Company observed certain inadvertent clerical error in the disclosure related to Related Party Transactions and an incorrect DIN of signing person was inadvertently mentioned on \CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTNESS OF FINANCIAL RESULT\. Accordingly, the Company has revised the Integrated Filing to rectify the aforesaid inadvertent errors
