Shah Metacorp - Letter Of Offer For Rights Issue Of Equity Shares

This is in continuation to our earlier announcements dated May 21, 2026, wherein the Company had approved an issuance of 10,24,68,139 fully paid-up Equity Shares ('Rights Equity Shares') at an issue price of ? 4.86/- per Rights Equity Share (including a premium of ? 3.86/- per Rights Equity Share), aggregating up to ? 4,980 Lakhs to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 36 (Thirty) Rights Equity Shares for every 311 (Three Hundred Eleven) fully paid-up Equity Shares held by eligible shareholders on the record date i.e., Wednesday, May 27, 2026. \r\n
