Cipla - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS

In comppliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclsoure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we hereby notify that the Operations and Administrative Committee of the Company on 4th June, 2026 has allotted 44,770 fully paid up equity shares of INR 2 each pursuant to Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013-A and Cipla Employee Stock Apreciation Rights Scheme 2021 of the Company.
