ABM Knowledgeware Q4 net profit down 35.04% at Rs 2.91 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.91 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 4.48 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 35.04 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.16 per cent at Rs 23.91 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 21.51 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.27 per cent to Rs 19.14 crore from Rs 18.01 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 90.16 per cent at Rs 0.25 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 2.54 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 36.29 per cent to Rs 4.77 crore as against Rs 3.50 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 22.62 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.07 crore, while Taxation increased by 42.98 per cent at Rs 1.73 crore (Mar'25 Rs 1.21 crore).
