Veljan Denison Q4 net profit up 13.47% at Rs 6.57 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.57 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 5.79 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 13.47 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 8.76 per cent at Rs 40.83 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 37.54 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.46 per cent to Rs 31.29 crore from Rs 28.85 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 6.82 per cent at Rs 0.94 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.88 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 9.78 per cent to Rs 9.54 crore as against Rs 8.69 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.91 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 30.77 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.09 crore, while Taxation increased by 3.81 per cent at Rs 2.45 crore (Mar'25 Rs 2.36 crore).
