Country Condo's - Audited Financial Results For The Year And Quarter Ended 31.03.2026

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 30.05.2026 at the Registered Office of the Company has approved the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31.03.2026.\r\n\r\nA copy of the Financial Results approved by the Board of Directors, in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, along with the Auditor's Report issued by M/s. P. Murali & Co., Chartered Accountants are enclosed.\r\n\r\nPursuant to Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the Disclosure of Related Party Transactions on a consolidated basis, in the format specified in the relevant accounting standards for the second half yearly ended 31.03.2026.\r\n\r\nFurther we hereby declare that the said Auditors Report does not contain any Modified Opinion, a copy of the Declaration from Mr. D.
