Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on 30.05.2026 at the Registered Office of the Company has Approved the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31.03.2026.\r\n\r\nA copy of the Financial Results approved by the Board of Directors, in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 along with the Auditors Report issued by M/s.
