Priti International Q4 net profit down 79.76% at Rs 0.17 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.17 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.84 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 79.76 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 62.00 per cent at Rs 6.03 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 15.87 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 59.81 per cent to Rs 6.23 crore from Rs 15.50 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 34.74 per cent at Rs 0.62 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.95 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 154.05 per cent to Rs -0.20 crore as against Rs 0.37 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 239.48 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation decreased by 64.52 per cent at Rs 0.11 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.31 crore).
