Le Merite Exports Q4 net profit down 96.07% at Rs 0.09 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.09 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.29 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 96.07 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 39.85 per cent at Rs 73.58 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 122.32 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 38.40 per cent to Rs 75.02 crore from Rs 121.78 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 29.94 per cent at Rs 3.72 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 5.31 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 366.67 per cent to Rs -1.44 crore as against Rs 0.54 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 545.45 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 30.83 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.66 crore, while Taxation decreased by 70.00 per cent at Rs 0.24 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.80 crore).
