AB Cotspin India Q4 net profit up 4.26% at Rs 1.96 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.96 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.88 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 4.26 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 22.67 per cent at Rs 104.21 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 84.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 22.46 per cent to Rs 95.26 crore from Rs 77.79 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 59.88 per cent at Rs 0.69 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.72 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 25.00 per cent to Rs 8.95 crore as against Rs 7.16 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.90 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 3.22 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.01 crore, while Taxation decreased by 48.30 per cent at Rs 0.76 crore (Mar'25 Rs 1.47 crore).
