Roto Pumps Q4 net profit down 50.84% at Rs 5.82 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.82 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 11.84 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 50.84 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 4.70 per cent at Rs 64.71 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 67.90 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.16 per cent to Rs 52.24 crore from Rs 49.21 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 22.78 per cent at Rs 0.61 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.79 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 33.28 per cent to Rs 12.47 crore as against Rs 18.69 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 30.00 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 33.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.64 crore, while Taxation increased by 8.88 per cent at Rs 2.82 crore (Mar'25 Rs 2.59 crore).
