Madhusudan Masala Q4 net profit up 26.63% at Rs 5.23 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.23 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 4.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 26.63 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 36.91 per cent at Rs 87.06 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 63.59 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 37.05 per cent to Rs 77.83 crore from Rs 56.79 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 32.76 per cent at Rs 0.39 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.58 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 35.59 per cent to Rs 9.22 crore as against Rs 6.80 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.94 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 28.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.89 crore, while Taxation increased by 47.29 per cent at Rs 1.90 crore (Mar'25 Rs 1.29 crore).
