Indo Rama Synth. Q4 net profit down 11.65% at Rs 43.77 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 43.77 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 49.54 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 11.65 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.52 per cent at Rs 1,096.92 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,113.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 1.71 per cent to Rs 1,024.47 crore from Rs 1,042.26 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 64.56 per cent at Rs 8.13 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 22.94 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 1.26 per cent to Rs 72.45 crore as against Rs 71.55 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.80 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 72.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 9.49 crore
