HMA Agro Industries posts Q4 net profit of Rs 19.21 cr

The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 19.21 crore compared to net loss of Rs 1.48 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.08 per cent at Rs 1,538.48 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,436.82 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.54 per cent to Rs 1,536.48 crore from Rs 1,455.79 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 10.44 per cent at Rs 36.39 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 32.95 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 110.54 per cent to Rs 2.00 crore as against Rs -18.97 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 109.85 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 41.66 per cent y-o-y to Rs 11.12 crore, while Taxation increased by 5.85 per cent at Rs 6.70 crore (Mar'25 Rs 6.33 crore).
