ITC Q4 net profit down 73.86% at Rs 5113.36 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5,113.36 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 19561.57 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 73.86 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.06 per cent at Rs 15,819.16 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 17,020.32 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 14.54 per cent to Rs 9,624.52 crore from Rs 11,261.82 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 17.94 per cent at Rs 652.75 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 795.45 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 7.34 per cent to Rs 6,425.95 crore as against Rs 5,986.39 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 15.50 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 186.72 per cent y-o-y to Rs 24.40 crore, while Taxation increased by 2.49 per cent at Rs 1,580.56 crore (Mar'25 Rs 1,542.14 crore).
