John Cockerill India posts Q1 net profit of Rs 7.01 cr

The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 7.01 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.75 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 161.76 per cent at Rs 200.04 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 76.42 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 145.40 per cent to Rs 188.64 crore from Rs 76.87 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 107.41 per cent at Rs 2.80 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.35 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 2693.18 per cent to Rs 11.41 crore as against Rs -0.44 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1082.76 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 1123.81 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.14 crore, while Taxation increased by 1170.37 per cent at Rs 2.89 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.27 crore).
