Tirupati Forge Q4 net profit up 16.92% at Rs 1.52 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.52 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.30 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 16.92 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 52.40 per cent at Rs 41.91 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 27.50 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 55.94 per cent to Rs 38.05 crore from Rs 24.40 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 162.79 per cent at Rs 1.13 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.43 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 24.52 per cent to Rs 3.86 crore as against Rs 3.10 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 18.28 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 81.82 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.80 crore, while Taxation increased by 34.15 per cent at Rs 0.55 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.41 crore).
