Supreme Infra. India - Intimation Under Regulation 30 Of The SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure\r\nRequirements) Regula

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)Regulations, 2015 the management of the company is placed to inform the stakeholders that in furtherance of the debt resolution process being undertaken by the Company the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal('NCLT:) Mumbai bench wide its order dated 15th May 2026 has generated an extension of 30(Thirty days) to the Company for making the balance payment under the approved Scheme.
