Black Rose Ind. Q4 net profit jumps 64.69% at Rs 9.42 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.42 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 5.72 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 64.69 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 26.23 per cent at Rs 104.04 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 82.42 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 23.20 per cent to Rs 91.02 crore from Rs 73.88 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 29.82 per cent at Rs 0.74 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.57 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 52.46 per cent to Rs 13.02 crore as against Rs 8.54 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 20.85 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 15.79 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.44 crore, while Taxation increased by 45.69 per cent at Rs 2.87 crore (Mar'25 Rs 1.97 crore).
