Modi Naturals posts Q4 net profit of Rs 3.02 cr

The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 3.02 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.09 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 44.25 per cent at Rs 150.91 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 104.62 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 42.72 per cent to Rs 144.95 crore from Rs 101.56 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 26.39 per cent at Rs 0.91 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.72 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 95.10 per cent to Rs 5.97 crore as against Rs 3.06 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 34.81 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 42.95 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.85 crore, while Taxation increased by 24.30 per cent at Rs 2.66 crore (Mar'25 Rs 2.14 crore).
