IndiaMART InterMESH Limited has informed the Exchange that the Share Allotment Committee of Company at its meeting held on May 08, 2026, has allotted 56,000 (Fifty Six Thousand Only) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each as fully paid up to the Indiamart Employee Benefit Trust at Rs. 10/- per equity share for facilitating exercise of Stock Appreciation Rights and Employee Stock Options under Indiamart Employee Stock Benefit Scheme- 2018.
