Maral Overseas posts Q4 net profit of Rs 13.31 cr

The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 13.31 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.23 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 6.00 per cent at Rs 258.22 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 274.70 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 9.22 per cent to Rs 239.92 crore from Rs 264.29 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 44.84 per cent at Rs 9.82 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 6.78 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 75.79 per cent to Rs 18.30 crore as against Rs 10.41 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 87.07 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 1.02 per cent y-o-y to Rs 8.94 crore, while Taxation increased by 945.00 per cent at Rs -2.09 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.20 crore).
