Embassy Developments - Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)-Updates - Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIR

The Hon'ble NCLAT has today pronounced its order in favour of the Company, allowing its appeal, and accordingly:\r\n\r\n(i) The Hon'ble NCLAT has set aside the impugned order dated 9 December 2025, passed by Hon'ble NCLT, which had admitted the CIRP against the Company, under IBC.\r\n\r\n(ii) The interim protection granted earlier by Hon'ble NCLAT stands subsumed into the final order;\r\n\r\n(iii) the CIRP initiated against the Company stands quashed and closed; and \r\n\r\n(iv) All directions arising pursuant to the said NCLT order stand terminated and disposed of.\r\n\r\nFor further information, please refer attachment.
