IndiaMART InterMESH Q4 net profit down 69.91% at Rs 69.60 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 69.60 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 231.30 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 69.91 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.65 per cent at Rs 368.20 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 335.80 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.02 per cent to Rs 233.60 crore from Rs 203.10 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 122.89 per cent at Rs -33.90 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 148.10 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 1.43 per cent to Rs 134.60 crore as against Rs 132.70 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 7.49 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 33.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.60 crore, while Taxation decreased by 37.39 per cent at Rs 27.30 crore (Mar'25 Rs 43.60 crore).
